Shipping and Returns

If you are not satisfied with the merchandise purchased from BDF Design, LLC anytime within 30 days from time of shipment you may return it for a full refund, excluding any shipping charges. Simply call BDF Design, LLC or email us with your name, the product you purchased, and the amount of the purchase. You will then be given a Return Goods Authorization number for reference. Products returned without an RGA number will not be accepted. Ship the undamaged product back to BDF Design at your cost with a copy of the RGA number and sales receipt. BDF Design will not accept COD returns. Upon receiving the undamaged product we will then issue a credit to your credit card. If you payed via a check, a refund check will be mailed to the original purchaser. Credits or checks will be issued within 7 business days of receipt of the product.
